After applying, you and your student financial services specialist will walk through your payment and financial aid options to help you make the right decisions. There are four main ways to pay for tuition including cash, employer billing, military or veteran affairs billing and financial aid. All upcoming payment invoices will be mailed to you for review; payment is due two weeks before your class begins. Watch the video for information on the different ways you can pay for your degree.
If you would like, you can pay for your tuition and fees via cash, check, credit, debit or ACH payments. If you would like to pay with cash, come to Cornerstone's PGS building located in Grand Rapids at 300 E Beltline Ave NE. Your student financial services specialist can provide further directions.

Credit or Debit Card
Credit or debit payments can be made by calling PGS Student Financial Services at 616.222.1503. If using this payment method, your total will include a 2.5% service fee.

Employer billing means that your employer pays PGS directly for your tuition. This payment is made before your class begins. If you still have a balance after your employer contributes to your tuition, you are responsible for paying that remaining amount.
If your employer is contributing toward your educational costs, submit a completed tuition voucher from your place of work no later than two weeks prior to the start of your course. Or, if approved, complete the Tuition Discount Form and provide proof of employment to your admissions representative prior to the start of your first course.
A key difference between employer billing and tuition reimbursement is that reimbursement comes after you make your tuition payment. You are responsible for paying for your class before it begins. Therefore, tuition reimbursement is not considered a payment method, but an additional benefit you may receive from your employer.
Military or Veteran Affairs Billing
